My Diet Diary!!

由7月4日開始至而家,我嘅減肥行動已經開始咗一個月零兩個星期嘞!今次自己真係好認真去達到目標!之前只係因為覺得自己俾以前肥咗,所以想開始做吓運動,而且仲有舊同事 Kat 留低俾我嘅 Watermania coupon 用,所以開始去做 Gym。但係估唔到,越做就越上癮,仲覺得做完運動之後個人好 refresh,好似 achieve 到一啲嘢咁,感覺好好,所以下定決心,今年暑假一定要達到多年減肥嘅目標!原本亦有多一個原因,因為12月要返香港做好朋友 Mandy 嘅伴娘,都希望自己著起條裙都唔好失禮人!不過其實真正原因都係為咗自己,因為有好幾年冇為自己定下一目標,要挑戰一下自己什麼的。無論係工作上,生活習慣上同屬靈上,都覺得自己停滯不前,係時候挑戰一下自己嘅身體同 discipline。因為向來我都係一個EQ高嘅人,決心要做乜就要做到低,好有堅持,不過,係身體上嘅鍛鍊就比較難堅持!所以今次要係自己較弱嘅一方面去鍛鍊自己,亦都係心靈上嘅一種堅持,忍耐,順服同等候。而呢啲對我嚟講,都算係一種屬靈嘅鍛鍊,因為要達到目標真係唔容易,需要好多意志,而且亦都係我生活嘅見証!好似講到好深層嘅決心同改變,但係我知道呢個改變對自己,對別人都係好嘅。活出一個良好習慣同健康生命亦會影響身邊嘅人,給予佢哋鼓勵,我能夠成功,佢哋都可以成功,呢個感覺亦都不錯!所以為咗可以達到目標,我係開始減肥嘅時候,第一時間就係話俾身邊嘅家人,朋友,同事知,等佢哋都可以為我打氣,亦可以做我 witness,等我可以堅持落去!而我又參加咗 Steve Nash 嘅 Personal Training Session,等我可以係專業而又健康嘅減肥計劃下 reach my goal ! 到目前為止,我已經成功地減咗 7至10磅,已經有唔錯嘅成績!!!食得健康同做 gym,雙管齊下,相信再堅持落去多兩個月,應該會達到減去15至20磅嘅目標吧!
